We're a tad late as I had a hell of a lot of washing to do when we came back from our holiday - who knew babies needed so many clothes aye! Theo is now 5 months old and is definitely no longer my squidgy little newborn!
WEIGHT: A hefty 15lb 13oz.
CURRENT CLOTHES SIZE: We're still in our 0-3 months but the 3-6 months are slowly starting to fit in comfortably!
THINGS THAT HAVE CHANGED: Is there such thing as the terrible 5 months!? My model baby has turned into a a not eating, not sleeping, generally grumpy nightmare...well most of the time. He wakes up around 3 times in the night and know matter what time he goes to bed he wakes up ready to seize the day at half 5 *sigh*. But on a more positive note were getting closer to rolling over (he's done it once or twice but nothing consistant) and he's also loving sitting up on the sofa and standing in his jumperoo. We also demolish a tiny bowl of breakfast (purree or baby porridge) every morning! We've also cracked out a few giggles which make me mega happy!
NEW THINGS I LIKE: When he's not eating his hands and watching TV you'll find him holding his muslin or Peter Rabbit. The newest addition to our house is his jumperoo which he loves...and just sits in it talking to the TV - yes I'm a terrible mother and my child has an addiction to CBeebies...and Love Island, sorry Theo.
NEW THINGS I DON'T LIKE: Aside from sleeping/bedtime in general he isn't a massive fan of savoury food. He loves the sweet things...wonder who he takes after there.
AND HOWS MUMMY?: It's bloody exhausting this Mum business. Even when I've had a generous sleep I feel like I'm going to drop dead! I wish this child would hurry up and sleep, I'm very much ticking over!
So that's it for this month, I can't believe that next month we will be half way to a year! Scary stuff! And it's only 6 month left of maternity leave!
